About me

Not quite sure exactly WHY I wanted to take part - perhaps just wanting my "15 minutes of fame". I consider myself to be rather quiet and reserved but I have a minor hobby of volunteering for things that are going to put me in the public spotlight. I am very excited about taking part but also not a little nervous! Am trying to get a feel for being at that height by lurking on a footbridge over a nearby dual carriageway.

I plan to raise awareness of mental health issues and of scleroderma (a rare disease that many GPs don't recognise - but early diagnosis can save lives). Oh, and I'm hoping to enjoy myself up there!!

My hour on the 'canvass' is 2.00-3.00pm on Sunday 19th July.
