I admire Antony Gormley's work and the philosophy behind this venture.. it just seemed such a great idea and the chance to take part too good to miss. I love London and all that history providing a backdrop for the millions who live in or visit the city and make such a diverse tapestry of interwoven lives, some connected some randomly coinciding. Some lives are not so happy though.. and I want to take the opportunity to help SHELTER in its campaign against homelessness by erecting a house of cards on the plinth to draw attention to the flimsiness of some people's housing, how it is at risk of collapsing and constantly needs putting back together. I want to make a huge pack of cards from cardboard and try to build a house using these. I hope its not too wet or windy but if it is the attempt will be all the more relevant.

It's a great visual idea with huge emotional content; hope the weather doesn't make it too difficult. -
Maybe very tough in the wind bring a few bit of tape for the base, other wise you may get nothing... -
