About me

I worked for The British Museum for 28years before taking redundancy last year. Currently I am doing all those things you always wanted to do but didn't seem to have the time. Recently I have taken up Abstract Art on top of my main pastimes, Composing on the piano, Singing, Taking photographs and Gardening. I enjoy theatre and cinema and next month I return to volunteering for the Food Chain http://www.foodchain.org.uk/ after a year off. I have not eaten meat for well over 20years and live in South London near Elephant and Castle.

I applied for the project on a whim really, but hopefully will use my time to take photographs from a unique perspective.

  • Well done Jimbo! weird how (and where) you find out what former colleagues are up to. Now you have the title of "Plinther!" Congratulations on your retirement. It's wonderful to be able to do all those things you wanted to, I'm the same finally finding my place. Take care,

    Laz

  • Looking forward to seeing the photos, Jimbob
