About me

When you sign u for things like this, you don't expect to get chosen....Sorry world but I have run out of inspiration.

Time for reflection after an exciting Sunday o the plinth (everyone I've looked at today has been wacky and wonderful) so I will summon what little artistic ability I have and attempt a collage of a horse...

I shall be attempting to raise awareness of the charity, The Fortune Centre of Riding Therapy, based in the New Forest. A very special and worthwhile cause, details of which can be found at www.fortunecentre.org.

Why not take an hour away from Gormley and read about the Centre's work and donate?

Of course, if the forecast rain arrives I shall merely sit and get wet. I thought that this would be most appropriate as the fourth plinth was originally built to hold an equestrian statue.

happy days!

  • Well, I guess being a grumpy curmudgeon is part of being English.

  • Well done, Henry! It is convenient to be able to watch you on the webcam from the comfort of home! Hope it does not rain. Peter.
